SAN DIEGO – U.S. District Court Judge Dana Sabraw on Tuesday granted the ACLU Foundation of San Diego & Imperial Counties’ (ACLUF-SDIC) motions for class certification and a preliminary injunction in the lawsuit, Doe v. Wolf, filed in November.
