SAN DIEGO - The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Human Rights of Migrants began an official visit to the United States today in San Diego to review the conditions of migrants and immigrants. The American Civil Liberties Union is among the select organizations and individuals that will be meeting with the Special Rapporteur to testify about human rights violations of immigrants living in the United States.
