Finance, Administration & Operations

The finance, administration and operations department exists to support the ACLU-SDIC's mission and staff. We serve as the organization's financial and institutional stewards dedicated to building organizational capacity while reducing risk through proactive oversight and planning to support the ACLU-SDIC's goals. We do this by embracing a philosophy of accountability, adaptability and continuous improvement to meet the evolving needs of ACLU-SDIC, while modeling a healthy work-life balance and fostering a culture of equity, inclusivity and respect across the organization.
